1. Description of Service

JezPress is a managed WordPress plugin ecosystem that provides secure authentication via Google OAuth, delivers plugin updates to registered WordPress sites, and offers a dashboard for managing multiple sites. The service is provided by Jezweb Pty Ltd.

2. Eligibility

To use JezPress, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid Google account, and be authorised to manage the WordPress sites you register.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, notify us immediately of unauthorised access, and not share your account without authorisation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, or use automated systems without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The JezPress service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Jezweb Pty Ltd. JezPress plugins are licensed for use on Jezweb-hosted sites. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software.

6. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for high availability but may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jezweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms, conduct that harms others or the service, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
